The top is constructed of 100 year old Stringybark rafters salvaged from a house that was being demolished, they're joined together to form a solid timber top.
The top has waves carved into the edges and end of the table to give the illusion of waves rolling through the top and rolling over and breaking at the end. This top has been given more height to the rolling wave by adding extra timber to get the height required so that I was able to carve a higher wave.
The legs are a tapered slab style at one end and the other end has tapered wooden legs.
An all natural oil finish of tung oil and a citrus oil blend which is burnished in, to achieve a beautiful all natural finish.
